Half-Caff Coffee - what's up with that?

In the office kitchen, we have different types of coffee to choose from (they're all instant mind you) and this morning I noticed a label on top of our Moccona Classic coffe that says "Try our new Half Caff selection".

I wonder if they simply don't want to admit that decaff doesn't taste as good as a 'full-strength' coffee.

As for me, I've been having half-caff for years. Simply have less coffee and more water/milk. :-)
.... or just go to starbucks ;-)
